Why can't I open the site/gallery?
I honestly don't have an answer to that. The problem is most likely caused by any protection software you have installed on your computer. If you're using AOL, try opening it on Internet Explorer instead.

Can I use my forum username to login at the gallery?
No. The gallery and the forum are two entirely different things. You need to be registered at each of them to be able to access it.

Why can't I register at the gallery?
Registration to the gallery might be closed at the moment. Keep your eyes open because every once in a while I'll open it again for new users. Do not email me asking to sign you up.

Why can't I sign in to the gallery?
For reasons I can't explain some people might have problems logging in, just wait and try again later. Everyone who's contacted me with this issue did that and it worked. Emailing me about it won't solve the issue. If after a while you still can't login I suggest you resetting your password or registering again.

Was I banned from the gallery?
No. Clean out your internet history and cookies and try again later.

Do I have to pay to... ?
You don't have to pay to access any part of the site. NLY.com is completely free.
